Product Care

Filling

You will need two people to fill the products, one to hold the bag open and one to pour the beans in. You can use a paperclip or pin to open the zippers as all zip handles have been removed to meet Australian safety standards.

  1. Pour 400L of beans into the mesh liner.
  2. Ensure both zips on the mesh liner are closed
  3. Place the full mesh liner into the bean bag cover
  4. Ensure the cover zip and velcro is closed.
  5. Float away!

Storage

The Luxe bean bags have a built in textilene mesh that allows for the water to self-drain. After use please remove from the pool and place the white mesh at the bottom to allow the water to escape.

Our fabrics are durable and designed for outdoor and water usage however, excess exposure to sunlight may cause colours to fade. It is recommended not to leave them outside or exposed to high levels of sunlight when not in use.

Washing

Bean Bags – If the product starts to look dirty, use a gentle solution of warm soapy water to gently wash fabric. Use a cloth or flannel. Abrasive or metallic brushes should be avoided. DO NOT BLEACH OR MACHINE WASH.

Rinse thoroughly and then allow to dry naturally with the white mesh facing downwards to allow water to escape.

Towels – We recommend washing in a cold wash with like colours. DO NOT dry clean or iron.

Safety

All of our bean bags and toys are made in line with Australian (ACCC) safety standards. The product features the mandatory safety warnings and the zip/fastener is child resistant. All zip handles have been removed to ensure safety.

It is important that you keep beans, bag covers and bean bag refills out of reach of children. Keep your product away from any direct heat source including but not limited to fireplaces, flames, candles, BBQ’s, lighters and heaters. No returns will be accepted or refunds given for failure to follow these guidelines. Fair wear and tear over time is to be expected.
